Shipping Information

Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 days, with most of the UK receiving their orders in 2-3 days. However, delivery to certain areas in Scotland and offshore islands may take a little longer. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

We aim to fulfill your order by the requested delivery date, but during peak periods, please be aware that delivery times may be extended. To avoid any delays, please double-check that your delivery address and postcode are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details. Additionally, extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events (such as civil actions or delivery vehicle breakdowns) may cause delays beyond our control.

For a smoother experience, we recommend that someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel. However, if no one is home, the courier will leave the parcel in a secure location by default. If you’re concerned about this, please feel free to add special delivery instructions, such as a safe place for the parcel to be left.

Enjoy free delivery on orders over £45 to most UK mainland locations (excluding the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands).
